Meridian Energy Group, Inc. (“Meridian” or “the Company”), held its annual meeting in Houston and via Zoom at 3pm Central time on Thursday, January 26^th, 2023. The Annual Meeting, Chaired by Bill Prentice, the Chairman and CEO, included an update on the Davis Refinery Project by Charlie Schwenck, the Company’s EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, and update on the current status of the Company’s Financing activities by Paul Copolla, the Company’s President and Chief Investment Officer and an update on the Company’s current financial condition by Brian Whitt, Vice President of Finance and Accounting. In addition, the resolution for reelection of three directors as proposed by Management was approved.
